PT Bookkeeper – Credentialing - Project Coordination Job Description

Job Summary

PT Bookkeeper – Credentialing - Project Coordination is responsible for recording daily financial transactions, updating the general ledger, maintaining the budget, and monthly/yearly financial reporting. This position will also provide administrative support to the South Carolina Community Health Worker Credentialing Council (SCCHWCC) to include recording meeting minutes, assisting with recertifications, coordinating/preparing documents for review, correspondence, and various ad hoc duties. Utilizes high attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and basic accounting knowledge. Uses advanced computer skills, including word processing, database management, e-mail, and spreadsheet preparation. Handles confidential and/or sensitive information. Evaluates processes and makes suggestions for improvements. Completes SCCHWA projects as assigned. Works under limited supervision and follows procedures and guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
