This dynamic training equips community health workers (CHWs) with the knowledge and skills to support heart disease prevention in the communities they serve. Through practical tools, interactive learning, and real-life applications, CHWs are empowered to promote healthier lifestyles and long-term heart health. Focusing on creating sustainable change, the training builds confidence to lead impactful conversations around cardiovascular wellness.

This course will be facilitated online 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (Eastern) on the following dates: June 30th, July 8th, and July 9th.
All days must be attended to receive full credit.
