Coping with Grief and Honoring Loss: Join us for a Special Circle at MNCHWA
Description: Loss and grief are a part of all of our lives, yet navigating grief can feel overwhelming. It can be a struggle to cope with the death of a loved one. At the February session, we provided education about grief and introduced the concept of using circles as sacred spaces of support. This month, we invite you to join us for a grief and loss circle just for MNCHWA members! The facilitators will guide the creation of collective agreements and offer prompts for sharing. Participants are encouraged to share stories and experiences. We aim to build a safe space to honor loss, integrate grief, and support one another.
