First Core Competency Cohort for 2027

Event Details

The first Core Competency Cohort for 2027 will begin on January 25th. Practicum for this cohort will begin on February 22nd. The final week of class will begin on March 15th. Both the first and last week will be held in person, in Spartanburg, SC (on the East side - exact location TBD).  Here is the link for the new application: https://redcap.link/certifymeccha   

Please - DO NOT fill out this application if you are not going to be able to attend the in-person weeks.

    1. Core comp will be 8 weeks in total - this includes a 3-week practicum, weeks 1 and 8 facilitated in-person only, and weeks 2-4 will be virtual.
    2. Preceptors must be certified CHWs, with three years of experience
    3. Applications will now open 90 days prior to the cohort starting and close when full (20 confirmed learners)
    4. Course must be paid in full prior to start
