Webinar: NACHW Promising Practices Learning Series: Elevating CHW Voices Through Storytelling & Workforce Development

NACHW's Workforce Development Committee is excited to host a webinar, where we will present on our work to develop a set of CHW informed promising practices for employers. NACHW first released the promising practices in 2025, which seek to improve CHW’s workplace satisfaction, retention and quality of service within organizations. As part of the webinar, we will review feedback on the promising practices that NACHW has collected from members over the last year. We will also share information about an upcoming quarterly learning series on the promising practices that NACHW will launch in the fall of 2026, including a preview of how to register. Finally, participants will have an opportunity to discuss key questions and considerations that they would like to see incorporated within the learning series. We hope that you will be able to join the Workforce Development Committee for this mid summer event!
