Results Based Accountability Workshop

Join community partners in Charleston, SC, on August 27 for a free, in-person Results-Based Accountability (RBA) Workshop. Participants will learn how to use the RBA framework to measure community impact, strengthen partnerships, and improve program performance. Completion of the online RBA module (or prior RBA certification) is required before attending. Eligible attendees can earn continuing education credits.

This live, in-person training provides an opportunity to apply and implement principles of Results-Based Accountability (RBA). Participants must first complete the RBA online module prior to attending this live training session (or already have RBA certification from Clear Impact).

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

State the three guiding principles of the results-based accountability framework.
Explain the collective impact model and make the connection of how it supports the RBA methodology.
Demonstrate use of the RBA framework by outlining how their organizations, along with partner organizations, can enhance alignment.
Discuss the value of producing a common language, a vital component of the RBA framework.
Appraise results and indicators with a diverse group of partners.
Develop performance measures for programs that answer the questions: How much did we do? How well did we do it? Is anyone better off?
Demonstrate Turn The Curve Thinking using the five core questions.
