Event Details
Developed by the National Institute for Health, The Health Truth® Program Team, and the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, this training will provide CHWs with skills to help communities learn how to make practical, lasting changes to protect themselves against heart disease. This training is made available with funding from the SC Department of Public Health via The National Cardiovascular Health Program Grant (CDC-RFA-DP-23-004) which is being implemented in partnership with the SC Hospital Association and partners.
